セメント系材料における個々の遷移帯の形成に対する凝集面形態の効果を調べるプロトコルを提示する。実験方法とデータ処理法を組み合わせて、凝集面粗度がITZ形成に及ぼす影響を説明する。まず、モデルコンクリートの成形から始めます。電子バランスで1,000グラムのセメントと350グラムの水の重量を量り、5リットルの混合ポットを濡れたタオルで拭いて湿らします。鍋に水とセメントを加え、ミキサーの上に置き、攪拌位置に上げます。65 rpmで90秒間混ぜ、30秒間静かに座らせます。鍋の内壁のペーストで削ります。その後、さらに60秒間130 rpmで混ぜます。ミキサーからポットを取り出し、セラミック粒子をペーストに入れ、手でセメントペーストと十分に混ぜます。フレッシュなセメントペーストで金型を半分充填し、ペーストの上にセラミック粒子を置き、残りの金型をペーストで満たします。余分なセメントペーストをスクレーパーナイフで拭き取り、振動テーブルの上で1分間カビを振動させます。カビ表面をクリングフィルムでシールして、水分蒸発を防ぎます。24時間硬化室で標本を硬化させ、金型から試料を取り除き、同じ環境条件下で28日間硬化させます。X線コンピュータ断層撮影で標本をスキャンしてスライスの積み重ねを取得し、セラミック粒子が最大であるように見えるスライスを大まかに選択します。セラミック粒子の境界を円にフィットさせ、円の中心を粒子の幾何中心として決定します。切断機を使用して、セラミック粒子の幾何学的中心を通して標本を2つの部分に切断します。その後、2つの部分を3日間イソプロピルアルコールに浸して、無制限の水を取り除き、内部水和を終了します。イソプロピル溶液を24時間ごとに交換してください。真空乾燥オーブンで2つの部分を摂氏40度の温度で7日間乾燥させます。微細構造を固めるには、2つの円筒形プラスチック金型の内面をデモルディングペーストで塗りつぶすために指を使用します。下向きに検査する表面を持つ各金型にサンプルの一部を配置します。紙コップで、50グラムの低粘度エポキシ樹脂の重量を量り、5グラムの硬化剤を加え、混合物を手動で2分間かき混ぜます。紙コップと一緒に冷たい取り付け機に型を入れます。機械の真空を開始し、各サンプルと合体するまでエポキシ樹脂を金型に注ぎます。エポキシ樹脂を硬くするために24時間機械内の金型を保管してください。翌日、各金型の底部を取り出し、サンプルを絞り出します。真空乾燥オーブンに保管してください。準備ができたら、テキスト原稿に記載されているように自動研磨機でシリコン炭紙とアルコールでサンプルを粉砕します。次にフランネレットを機械のターンテーブルに取り付け、150rpmの速度で3、1、0.25マイクロメートルのダイヤモンドペーストでサンプルを磨きます。各粉砕と研磨ステップの後にアルコールで超音波クリーナーの破片を取り除きます。完了したら、各サンプルを表面を向いてプラスチック製の箱に保管し、真空乾燥オーブンに保管します。真空環境では、自動スパッタコーターで調べられる表面に金箔の薄い層をスプレーします。サンプルの側面に粘着テープを置いて、試験面と反対側の表面を接続し、テスト面を上向きにしてテストベンチにサンプルを置きます。サンプルを移動して領域1に焦点を当て、SEMを真空にして、後方散乱型電子モードに変えます。倍率を1000Xに設定し、明るさとコントラストを慎重に調整します。集約境界の方向に沿ってレンズを別の位置に移動し、別の画像を撮ります。統計分析のために少なくとも 15 個の画像を取得します。次に、領域 2 と 3 でイメージングプロセスを繰り返します。イメージングの後、画像Jを使用して、ノイズを低減し、異なるフェーズの境界を強化するために、3回、3回の中央分離帯フィルタで画像を退出します。セラミック粒子の境界を手動でキャプチャし、元の画像からこの部分をカットします。異なるしきい値を設定し、イメージをセグメント化して元の閾値と比較することで、ポアフェーズの上限しきい値を大まかに決定します。画像の残りの部分のグレースケール分布を取得します。カーブの約 2 つの線形部分を選択し、所定の上限しきい値のすぐ上に、この 2 つの部分を線形曲線に適合させます。交点は、この画像の正確な上限しきい値に設定されます。この値を使用して、セグメンテーションを実行し、バイナリイメージと元のグレースケールイメージを比較して、最終的なしきい値を決定します。次に、グレースケール画像を、白い細孔相を表す二項画像に変換し、固相を表す黒を使用します。上記のITZ領域の空隙率分布を、集合体の側および下方に比較した。上面上の空隙率は、骨材の側面または上の層よりも小さかったが、凝集体の下のITZは微小出血による最も多孔性であった。凝集面形態は、直線と円弧で手動で捕捉された不規則な境界を取り付けて調べた。直線は、選択した境界に適しているように見えました。定義された表面粗さと多孔度勾配パラメータを計算し、K平均クラスタリングアルゴリズムを適用して、散乱点をラフグループと滑らかなグループの2つのグループに細分化しました。気孔率勾配が小さくなるほど、表面粗さが大きくなります。大まかな滑らかなグループにおけるITZの空隙率分布は、ほぼ全距離で平均化され、比較され、平滑な表面の周りのITZの空隙率は、粗い表面の周りの空隙率よりも有意に低く、表面形態がITZ形成において重要な役割を果たしていることを証明した。BSE検査のために十分な平滑な表面を得るために適切な研削および研磨プロセスを選択する必要があります。ガウス混合モデルを用いたBSE測定の定量分析に基づいて、セメント系材料中の異なる相の体積分率も決定できる。BSEは多相材料の組成の定量分析の強力な技術である。
