제시된 사례 연구 결과에서는, 급성 췌장염으로 처음 제출된 자궁 내 유두 점액 성 신 생물 (IPMN)의 이전 역사를 가진 42 세 여성. 복부의 컴퓨터 단층 촬영(CT)은 혼합형 IPMN을 가진 주요 췌장 덕트(도1A,B)의팽창과 관련된 췌장 두면 병변을 3.3cm 로 밝혀냈다. 내시경 초음파 (EUS)는 고체 및 낭포 성분과 주요 PD 덕트 팽창을 혼합하여 췌장 머리에 3.1 x 2.0 cm를 측정하는 불규칙한 이종 낭종의 존재를 확인했습니다(그림 1C). EUS 세포학은 고위험 분자 돌연변이가 없는 비정형 세포의 존재를14,15. 혈청 종양 마커를 포함하는 생화확적인 업은 CA19-9 12 U/mL를 가진 정상이었습니다. 후쿠오카 기준에 따라, 이 환자는 PD를 가지고 추천하고 로봇 접근에 적합한 후보로 간주되었다16.
