Ici, nous décrivons un protocole pour créer des nanostructures inorganiques discrètes et précises sur des substrats utilisant des formes d'origami d'ADN comme modèles de guidage. La méthode est démontrée par la création d'antennes en forme de noeud papillon en or plasmonique sur un substrat transparent (saphir).
