مضادة محددة تحمل علامة VWF. بعد حقن بروتين الفلوريسين الأحمر التعبير عن البكتيريا إلى المتوسطة المتداولة، وكان المرفق المكورات الرئوية إلى سلاسل VWF تصور مجهري في الوقت الحقيقي من قبل انبعاثات الفلوريسنس في 450 نانومتر. بعد تثبيت الخلايا باستخدام PFA ، يوفر تلطّخ الفلور المناعية التفاضلي تصور المرفق البكتيري في نقاط زمنية محددة للعدوى.الخطوة الأكثر أهمية في هذا الإجراء هو ضمان وجود مرفق خلية ضيقة على سطح الشريحة عن طريق ضبط مستويات الإجهاد القص الفسيولوجية وتجنب تقلبات ضغط المضخة الشديدة. بالإضافة إلى التصور المجهري ، يمكن تطبيق هذه التقنية لدراسة الآثار الدوائية لمضادات العدوى الجديدة وكذلك لتحليل العواقب طويلة الأجل لعمليات العدوى الوعائية. هذا النظام مضخة يضخ مسببات الأمراض البكتيرية بضغط الهواء لمنع أي انتقال عن طريق الهباء الجوي.من المستحسن اتباع احتياطات السلامة البيولوجية.
