Dette arbejde beskriver en semi-High-gennemløb protokol, der tillader samtidige 3D time-lapse Imaging af embryogenese i 80 – 100 C. elegans embryoner i en enkelt overnight kørsel. Derudover er billedbehandling og visualiseringsværktøjer inkluderet for at strømline dataanalyse.
