본 연구에서, 우리는 인간 지방 유래 줄기 세포 (hASC) 및 인간 폐 섬유 아세포 (MRC-5)의 단일 배양 또는 공동 배양에 의한 원심 미세 유체 기반 스페로이드 (CMS) 시스템의 성능을 보여줍니다. 이 백서에서는 그룹의 연구 방법론15에대해 자세히 설명합니다. 따라서, 스페로이드 배양 실험실-온-어-CD 플랫폼은 용이하게 재현될 수 있다.
