脱細胞細胞細胞細胞外マトリックス(dECM)は、工学的構造における標的組織の固有の機能を再現するための適切なマイクロ環境手掛かりを提供することができる。本稿では、膵組織の脱細胞化、膵臓組織由来dECMバイオインクの評価、バイオプリンティング技術を用いた3D膵臓組織構築物の生成に関するプロトコルを解明する。
