Præsenteret her er en protokol for ikke-invasiv mesenchymal stamcelle (MSC) levering og sporing i en musemodel af traumatisk hjerneskade. Superparamagnetiske jernoxid nanopartikler er ansat som en MRI-sonde (magnetisk resonans imaging) til MSC-mærkning og ikke-invasiv in vivo-sporing efter intranasal levering ved hjælp af MRI i realtid.
