	<li>基因表达分析

recapitulating suckling-to-weaning transition in vitro using fetal intestinal organoids

使用外在因子作为体外吸合到分尼过渡的修饰剂 在本协议中，一种合成糖皮质激素，用作能够改变吸乳到切除体过渡的外在因子的例子。图5中的代表性数据表明，外在因子的影响最好由多种测定来确定，因为它们不一定是基因组学。例如，在苏克拉塞-异麦芽酶的情况下，RNA和蛋白质表达均使用地塞米松素（图5A）诱导，而沙沙酶表达仅在蛋白质水平上改变。（图5B）
