ネオジムを用いた光破壊による非侵襲的な眼内手術:YAG(Nd:YAG)レーザーは、1970年代後半11年に導入されて以来、世界中の眼科医にとって日常的な処置となっている。光破壊は、液体環境12に位置する場合は常に、プラズマの形成、音響衝撃波の発生、およびキャビテーション気泡の生成につながる非線形光吸収に依存する。一般に、これらのプロセスは、正確な組織切断の意図された効果に寄与する。しかし、それらはまた、レーザー手術13の局所的な閉じ込めを制限する不必要な担保損傷の源であり得る。
衝撃波伝搬とキャビテーションコースの特性評価により、機械的効果の予測が大幅に向上しました。私たちの目標は、CECの損失の初期段階のための非侵襲的な、レーザー支援実験疾患モデルを提供するために、周囲の組織への損傷をできるだけ少なくしてCECを標的にすることです。そのためには、レーザーの焦点スポットの最適なパルスエネルギーと位置を決定する必要があります。

Development of a Noninvasive, Laser-Assisted Experimental Model of Corneal Endothelial Cell Loss
