सकारात्मक टी कोशिकाओं की संख्या में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि को प्रेरित करती हैं । प्रक्रिया की सफलता स्वस्थ टी कोशिकाओं की तैयारी और सही ढंग से तैयार डीएनए मिश्रण पर निर्भर करती है।
