Vi demonstrerer fabrikation af nanohøjdekanaler med integration af akustiske bølgeaktiveringsanordninger på overfladen, når lithiumniobate for akustisk nanofluidics via liftoff fotolitografi, nanodybdereaktiv ionætsning og plasma ved stuetemperatur overfladeaktiveret flerlagsbinding af enkeltkrystallithiumniobat, en proces, der ligeledes er nyttig til limning af lithiumniobat til oxider.
