我々のプロトコルは、音響ナノ流体用ニオブ酸リチウムを介した表面音響波作動を組み込んだナノ高チャンネルの詳細な製造方法を提供する。この技術は、単結晶ニオブ体リチウムの室温プラズマ表面活性化多層結合を行うために使用することができ、ニオベトリチウムまたは二酸化ケイ素と他の酸化物との結合に同様に有用なプロセスである。ナノ高さのチャネル形成における結合の失敗を防ぐために、洗浄およびプラズマ表面活性化プロセス中に破片および微粒子を除去する必要があります。この方法の視覚的なデモンストレーションは、他の研究者のためのプロトコルの明確なプレゼンテーションに起因する詳細に製造プロセス全体をキャプチャすることができます。ナノ高さのチャネルマスクを調製するには、リフトオフ手順で通常のフォトリソグラフィーとなるように設計されたパターンを刻んだウエハーをスパッタ堆積システムに配置し、チャンバー真空をマイナス6ミリトールに5倍の10に引き下げます。アルゴンが2.5ミリトールで流れ、200ワットでスッタクロムを流れ、18分以内に400ナノメートルの厚さの犠牲マスクを作り出します。沈着の終わりに、ウエハーをアセトンのビーカーに完全に沈め、10分間中程度の強度でウエハを超音波処理する。超音波処理の終わりに、脱イオン水でウエハをすすいで、乾燥窒素の流れでウエハを乾燥させます。次にダイシングソーを使用して、チップごとに1つのナノスリットパターンでウエハーを個々のチップに分割します。ナノ高チャンネルを作製するには、ウエハーを反応性イオンエッチングチャンバーに入れます。リチウムニオブエートに120ナノメートルの深ナノスリットを生成するように示すようにチャンバパラメータを設定します。チャネルの入口と出口を掘削するには、両面テープを使用して小さな鋼板をペトリ皿の底に取り付け、エッチングされたチップをプレートに取り付けます。皿に水を入れてチップを完全に浸し、直径0.5ミリメートルのダイヤモンドドリルビットをドリルプレスに取り付けます。その後、1分間に少なくとも10,000回転の速度でドリルし、所望の入口とコンセントを機械で加工します。クロムウェットエッチングの場合は、ダイヤモンドチップ彫刻ペンを使用して、掘削されたリチウムニオバテの平らなエッチングされていない表面を明確にマークし、ナノ高さのチャネルがどの側に位置するかを追跡し、クロムエチャントでチップを超音波処理します。チップの溶剤洗浄のために、1つの表面音響波装置と1つのエッチングされたナノスケールのうつ病チップからなるチップペアを配置し、超音波浴で置かれたアセトンのビーカーにペアを浸します。アセトンで超音波処理の2分後、1分間メタノールでチップを超音波処理します。メタノール超音波処理の終わりに、脱イオン水でチップをすすいします。次に、過酸化水素を通気性の良いフードで1対3の比率で硫酸に加え、すべてのチップをテフロンホルダーに入れる。チップとホルダーを2つの連続した脱イオン水浴にすすぐるみする前に、フィラニア酸のビーカーに慎重に入れます。2回目のリンスの後、乾いた窒素の流れでチップを乾燥させ、すぐに汚染を避けるために取り扱いの間にカバーされた状態にして酸素の血漿の活性化装置にサンプルを置く。120標準立方センチメートルで120の立方センチメートルで酸素の流れにチップを150秒間露出させながら、120ワットの電力を使用して、プラズマでチップ表面を作動させます。活性化の終了時に、少なくとも2分間、新鮮な脱イオン水浴にサンプルを直ちに水没させます。乾燥窒素流でチップを乾燥させた後、ナノスリットチップを適切な方向に整列したチップを使用して、所望の位置に表面音響波装置チップに慎重に置きます。その後、ピンセットまたは同様のピンセットを使用して、その中心からサンプルを押し下げて結合を開始し、最初のうつ病の後に結合できなかった領域に穏やかな圧力を加えます。次に、ボンドしたサンプルをスプリングクランプに入れ、熱膨張にもかかわらず安全に負荷をかけ、クランプしたサンプルを室温のオーブンに入れます。その後、オーブン温度を300°Cに設定し、ランプレートは1分あたり最大2度で、自動シャットオフの2時間前にドウェルタイムを設定します。完成したナノスリットの流体運動を観察するには、ナノスリットチップを反転顕微鏡の下に置き、光路の直線偏光フィルターを介してチップを回転させ、ニオベトリチウムの複屈折ベースの画像を適切にブロックします。次に、超純粋な脱イオン水を入口に加え、流体の進行をイメージします。表面音響波の作動のために、反射された音響波を防ぐために表面音響波装置の端部に吸収器を付け、信号発生器の共振周波数を約40メガヘルツに設定する。増幅器を使用して信号を増幅し、オシロスコープを使用して、デバイスに適用される実際の電圧、電流、および電力を測定します。次に、デジタル間トランスデューサに大結体電界を適用し、ナノスリット内の作動中の流体運動を記録します。これらの画像では、高さ400マイクロメートル幅の100ナノメートルの水路と1100ナノメートルの高さ40マイクロメートル幅のチャネルに超純純脱イオン水の毛管充填が示されている。キャピラリー力は、入口を通って送達される超純水の滴でナノスリット全体の流体充填を引き出し、充填はより大きな毛管力のために狭いチャネル内でより迅速に発生した。本実験では、高さ100ナノメートルのスリットで水を排出し、表面音響波装置の中央で最大の音響エネルギーを示す最大長を中間にした水空気界面を示した。約1ワットのしきい値印加電力は、可視の排水現象を駆動するために、音響圧力をキャピラリー圧よりも大きくするために必要です。ほとんどの製造プロセスは、マイクロスケールの微粒子汚染を防ぐためにクリーンルームで行われるべきであり、充填に使用される流体は、ナノスリットの詰まりを防ぐために超純粋でなければなりません。当社のアプローチは、ナノスケールでの様々な物理的問題と生物学的応用の調査のためのナノ音響流体システムを提供します。
