SAW 통합 나노 유체 장치를 제조하려면 SAW 생성을 용이하게 하기 위해 압전 기판, 리튬 니오바테10에있는 디지털 트랜스듀서(IDT)와 같은 전극을 제조해야 합니다. 반응성 이온 에칭(RIE)은 별도의 LN 피스에서 나노스케일 우울증을 형성하는데 사용되며, 두 조각의 LN-LN 접합은 유용한 나노채널을 생성한다.
