1. 설정

</ol>3. 소프트웨어를 이용한 자동 데이터 처리
참고: EEG 신호가 기록된 후 이산 푸리에 변환에 의해 데이터가 계산됩니다.
<ol><li>데이터가 수락되면 프로그램은 Ding 사운드로 운영자에게 지시하고 유효한 8개의 실행 집합이 누적될 때까지 자동으로 다음 실행을 시작합니다.</li>
	<li>각 실행은 기본 주파수 구성 요소(FFC)를 생성하며, FFC 중 하나가 나머지 7에 비해 이상값인 경우 프로그램은 해당 FFC를 폐기하고 8개의 적격 실행이 수집될 때까지 운영자에게 실행을 반복하라는 메시지를 표시합니다.</li>
	<li>프로그램이 몇 초 이내에 8 FFC에서 자동으로 생성되는 T2circ 통계25를 사용하여 평균 FFC 및 95% 신뢰도 원의 반경을 계산할 때까지 기다립니다.</li>

</ol>4. 결과의 신뢰성 평가를 위한 순서도
<ol><li>굴절 오류가 114cm의 거리에 맞게 조정되도록 수정되었는지 확인합니다.</li>

결과 총 44명의 OAG 환자와 39명의 대조군 과목이 완전한 데이터에 포함되었습니다. 이러한 과목 중 어느 것도 icVEP 테스트 중에 불평하지 않았습니다. 83명의 과목은 평균 연령 48.54 ±16.70세(25~74세)의 중국(48명의 남성과 35마리)이었다. 나이, 성별, 오른쪽/왼쪽 눈, BCVA, 구형 등가물 또는 환자와 대조군(표1,p > 0.05) 사이에 는 통계적 차이가 없었지만, SNR은 대조군(표1,p&lt; 0.05)보다 환자에서 현저히 낮았다.
icVEP 결과에 관하여, SNR 양성이었다 초기 OAG 환자의 30 눈이 있었다 (68.18%) 대조군(5.13%)에서 눈2개만 으로 나타났다. icVEP는 1의 SNR 기준을 사용하여 조기 OAG 진단에 대한 68.18 %와 특이성 94.87 %의 민감도 (67/83 [80.72 %의 정확도 계산]를 보였다. 그러나, ROC 분석은 0.93의 선행 SNR 기준이 환자와 대조군 과목 사이의 차별에 최적이었다는 것을 나타냈다(그림 5). SNR 기준0.93을 사용하여 시험의 특이성은 65.90 %(정확도 82.10 %)로 100 %에 도달했습니다.
환자의 경우, 중앙 11° 시각 필드 테스트의 이상(HFA, 패턴 편차, 중앙 16개 시험 점; 도 4C)는서로 다른 가능성 기준을 가진 비정상적인 점의 수에 의해 계산되었다. p&lt; 0.5의 기준 수준으로, 중앙 11° 시야에서 비정상적인 시험 점의 양은 SNR(p&05, r = -0.332, 표 2)과크게 상관관계가 있었다. 시간적 우수한 사분면에서 RNFL의 두께 변화는 SNR(p&05, r= 0.370, 표 2)과크게 상관관계가 있었으며, SAP-MD, 다른 눈의 SAP-MD, SAP-MD, 시간적 열등한 사분면에서 RNFL의 두께 변화, 그리고 기준IOP 및 CCT는 모두 SNR(p&05)와 상관관계가 없었다. EEG 데이터는 안정성에 따라 데이터를 수락하거나 거부하라는 메시지가 표시된 후 실행이 유효하다고 판단될 때 모니터와 함께 표시됩니다. 데이터가 수락되면 프로그램은 유효한 실행 8개 세트가 누적될 때까지 다음 실행이 필요한 것을 나타냅니다.각 실행은 기본 주파수 구성 요소를 생성합니다. 8개의 실행이 모두 완료되면, 프로그램은 테스트 종료 후 1분 이내에 8개의 기본 주파수 구성 요소에서 자동으로 생성된 T 제곱 원형 통계를 사용하여 평균 기본 주파수 구성 요소와 95% 신뢰도 원의 반경을 계산합니다. 측두성 우수하고 열등한 사분면에서 망막 신경 섬유 층 두께의 변화는 건강한 개인의 데이터베이스로부터 얻은 표준 값으로부터 망막 신경 섬유 층 두께 값을 빼서 계산하였다.본 대표적인 분석에서는 총 44명의 OAG 환자와 39명의 대조군 과목이 포함되었다. 나이, 성별, 오른쪽 또는 왼쪽 눈, 가장 잘 보정된 시력, 구형 등가물 또는 동공 직경의 통계적 차이는 환자와 대조군 사이에서 측정되지 않았다. 그러나 환자에서 노이즈 비율에 대한 신호비율은 현저히 낮았다.0.93에 대한 A 우선 신호 대 잡음 비율 기준을 사용하여, 환자의 경우 65.9%의 감도로 100%에 도달한 수신기 의 특이성 분석, 중앙 11도 시야 검사의 이상은 서로 다른 가능성 기준을 가진 비정상적인 점의 수에 의해 계산되었다. 기준 수준 p 0.5로 중앙 11도 시야에서 비정상적인 시험 포인트의 양은 신호 대 잡음 비율과 상당히 부정적으로 상관관계가 있었다. 측두우 사분면에서 망막 신경 섬유 층에서 변화하는 두께는 노이즈 비율에 대한 신호와 상당히 밀접한 상관 관계가 있었으며, 표준 자동 투과량은 다른 눈의 편차를 의미하고, 측두엽 열등한 사분면에서 망막 신경 섬유 층의 두께 변화, 및 기준간 간압 및 중앙 각막 두께는 상관관계가 없었다.녹내장 용의자 또는 개방각 녹내장으로 진단 될 수있는 사람을 발견하는 경우,이 절차를 사용하고 격리 된 검사, 안구 고혈압 또는 탈구 비율을 연장하는 피험자가 개방 각도 녹내장을 구별하기 위해이 절차로 수행 될 수 있는지 확인합니다. 다행히도, icVEP의 2 세대는 설계되었습니다. 그것은 작은 화면과 HD 디스플레이를 위해 개발되었다.또한 시험 거리가 짧습니다. 이 기계는 1세대보다 훨씬 작기 때문에 훨씬 더 편리합니다.
