在传统的热压花工艺中，浮雕邮票或辊子可以用所需的图案压花，而浮雕模具可用于将相同的图案连续打印到聚合物薄膜表面。该功能使该工艺不仅适用于大规模生产，还适用于使用软材料制造设备，如聚合物薄膜 10、11、12、13、14。10,11,12,13,14然而，传统的热浮雕方法只能创建刻在浮雕模具中的单一图案。因此，当用户想要创建新模式或修改图案时，他们必须制作一个新模具来修改印印图案。因此，在创建新模式或替换现有设计时，传统的热浮雕既昂贵又耗时。
前期工作介绍了冲击型热浮雕工艺，实时生成不同宽度和深度的点型15。与传统的热压花工艺不同，冲击打印型热压花法使用冲击头在聚合物薄膜上创建图案。该技术使用精密定位系统将冲击头移动到所需位置。应用控制信号以所需的宽度和深度以及任意位置打印图案。冲击头的结构由一个变器、一个弹簧、一个线圈绕组和一个核心组成（参见图1A）15。A早期的工作通过分析和实验证实，这种冲击头可以产生适当的力热浮雕16。本文的协议涵盖了冲击型热压花工艺的硬件设计以及过程控制的控制环境。此外，我们分析PET薄膜、PMMA薄膜和PVC薄膜上的点图案，所有这些都使用建议的协议进行处理，以验证冲击打印型热浮雕工艺能否实时创建各种宽度和深度的点型图案。这些结果在下面的结果部分介绍，确认浮雕过程可以适当地产生超细模式。
