生体力学的解析技術は、人間の動きの研究に有用である。この技術は、市販のシステムを使用して健康な参加者の生体力学的評価を平準化するために使用することができます。生体力学的解析では、歩行分析のような機能の特定のテストと筋肉のパフォーマンスを見るテストを組み合わせることが有用です。今後の研究研究やリハビリテーションプロトコルの設計には、筋力と歩行などの機能的なタスクを実行する能力との関係を理解することが必要です。今日の私たちのプロトコルを実証するのは、私たちのチームのトライアルマネージャーであるフランチェスコ・フェラーロです。分析を開始する前に、参加者がサイクリングショートパンツやレギンスなどのタイトな反射しない衣服を着用していることを確認し、図示したように、人体モデルの下半身構成に従って参加者に25個の受動的反射マーカーを取り付けるために両面接着テープを使用します。ジョイントルーラーを使用して、モデルに必要な膝と足首の幅を測定し、参加者をオーバーヘッドフレームに固定された安全ハーネスに固定します。データベースで新しいセッションを開始し、セッションがアクティブであることを確認します。[サブジェクト]タブで、[スケルトンのラベリング]ボタンをクリックし、下肢HBM N2 VSTファイルに移動して新しい参加者を作成します。参加者の名前を入力し、[OK] をクリックします。参加者の名前が[件名]ウィンドウに表示されます。ツール ウィンドウで、[件名の準備] タブを開きます。力プレートをゼロレベルにクリックし、順応直後の5分間快適な速度で歩いている間にトレッドミルの真ん中に立って、歩行データの記録を開始するソフトウェアで[記録を開始]をクリックするように参加者に依頼します。必要な量のデータを取得した後、記録を停止します。データ内の高周波ノイズを除去するには、処理ソフトウェアを開き、マーカーデータのローパスフィルタを選択し、足のマーカーを使用して垂直力データから個々のストライドを決定し、ゲインイベントを確認します。データを CSV ファイルとしてエクスポートします。運動、運動、空間時間データなどの歩行パラメータを解析できます。最大自主アイソメトリック収縮に基づいて参加者の筋力を測定するには、まずツールパッド番号701をダイナモメーターエクササイズヘッドに取り付け、参加者を後ろに座らせたい椅子に座らせます。膝の等角筋力をテストするには、アップ/ダウンスイッチを使用して、ダイナモメーターの軸を膝の解剖軸に合わせ、工具のパッドを脛側のすねの下の部分に中央に配置します。参加者は、中立的な回転と外転で股関節と足の足を90度の屈曲に置き、足を足底屈曲に置きます。その後、参加者は腹部に手を置き、ベルクロストラップで椅子の上にトランク、腰、中腿を安定させる。参加者にテストの操縦を理解してもらうために、参加者に膝を伸ばしてから、コマンドで最大の収縮を発揮するように3秒間、口頭での指示と励ましを提供してもらいます。参加者が手順に慣れていれば、異常な痛みや不快感が発生した場合は直ちにテストを中止し、参加者に2分間休息を許可できることを確認してください。次に、ニュートンでデータを記録してエクスポートする方法を示したように、左脚に対して 3 回、右足に対して 3 回試行を繰り返します。ここで、代表的な分析から30人の参加者の空間時間的、運動学的、および運動的歩行パラメータの平均および標準偏差を示す。この表で観察されたように、参加者の膝関節の最大自主的な等角体収縮の平均と標準偏差を要約して、平均して、右膝は評価された参加者においてわずかに強い延長および屈曲を示した。1人の参加者の歩行評価のこのオフライン解析では、参加者の左側の空間的時間データおよび運動学的および運動的歩行サイクルを観察することができる。これらのデータは、参加者の右側の空間的時間データと運動学的および運動的歩行周期を評価した場合も同様に再現された。臨床研究は、ヒトのバイオメカニクス特性と異なる病状との間の明確なリンクを同定した。このプロトコルは、これまで説明されていない方法で組み合わせ歩行分析と筋力の正確かつ包括的なテストに使用することができます。整形外科手術の将来の研究は、歩行を測定するために正確かつ再現可能な技術を必要とします。記載された技術を通じて収集されたデータは、歩行分析および等角筋力試験のための国際的な参照データと一致している。
