1. 배치 전 평가

</ol>2. 배치

</ol>3. 온도 변조 — RF 절제
<ol><li>열교환기를 수동 모드로 설정하고 적절한 수온이 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다. 예를 들어, 하나의 일반적인 열교환기에서 온도 제어 버튼을 누린 다음 위/아래쪽 화살표를 사용하여 대상 수온을 선택합니다. 디지털 디스플레이에 원하는 목표 온도가 표시되면 수동 제어 버튼을 눌러 물 흐름을 시작합니다. 일반적인 표적은 후측 심방벽에서 무선 주파수 절제를 수행할 때 4°C 수온이다.</li>

</ol>4. 온도 변조 — 극저온 절제

</ol>5. 환자 온도 모니터링
참고 : 식도의 온도는 식도 열 전달 장치의 존재에 의해 변조되므로 환자 온도 측정을 위해 다른 위치가 필요합니다. 환자 온도 측정을 위한 옵션으로는 비인두 온도계(수심이 10cm 미만인지 확인), 폴리 온도 센서, 직장 온도 센서, 고막 온도계 또는 이마 온도계(유속 제로 플럭스 포함) 열측정기).

</ol>6. 문제 해결
<ol><li>물 흐름의 막힘이 발생하지 않도록 하고, 워터 패들 휠이 있는 경우 지속적으로 회전하거나 저유량 경보가 활성화되지 않았는지 확인합니다.</li>
	<li>시스템의 물 흐름의 막힘은 패들 휠이 회전을 멈추고 외부 열교환기의 폐색 경보를 중지시키고 처리를 중지하고 장애물의 위치와 원인을 결정합니다. 필요한 경우 식도 온도 관리 장치를 제거하고 교체하십시오.</li>
	<li>적절한 압력(장치가 단단할 것)과 적절한 온도를 보장하기 위해 설정점과 접촉 장치를 확인하여 올바른 온도에서 물 흐름을 확인합니다.</li>
</ol>7. 장치 제거
<ol><li>물 흐름을 일시 중지하려면 적절한 버튼을 누르십시오. "모니터" 또는 "온도 설정"이라는 레이블이 지정될 수 있지만 모델에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.</li>
