الآن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تم القيام به العمل الذي يقدم خطوة بخطوة دليل على كيفية معرفة مركز المقاومة. وهذا مهم حقاً لأن أي بحث ينوي البناء عليه ليس عليه الآن أن يعود إلى لوحة الرسم، نوع من إعادة اختراع العجلة مرة أخرى، ومن ثم المضي قدماً. ويقلع كمية هائلة من العبء عن أي بحث ينوي البناء على مفهوم مركز المقاومة هذا.هذه الطريقة خطوة بخطوة سوف تمكن المجتمع العلمي للحصول على موقع 3D من مركز كتلة السن أو مجموعة من الأسنان بطريقة موحدة. ويمكن تطبيق هذه التقنية على حد سواء maxillary وكذلك الدنطب الفكي. سيكون من المثير للاهتمام لتطبيق هذا المفهوم لحركة الأسنان المعقدة مماثلة مع تجميع متعدد الأقواس.لتجزئة الأسنان والعظام، تحميل ملفات DICOM الخام من صورة التصوير المقطعي شعاع مخروط في برنامج التصوير الطبي المناسب، والمحاصيل الصورة لتشمل فقط الأسنان والعظام من الفائدة. انقر بزر الماوس الأيمن فوق علامة التبويب لـ Mask، ثم قم بإنشاء قناع جديد للصورة. انقر على أداة تحرير الشريحة المتعددة، وحدد طريقة العرض المحورية أو الإكليلية أو القوسية.تمييز بعض الشرائح يدوياً حسب الضرورة، وحدد أداة Interpolate لملء وحدة التخزين لشرائح تم تخطيها. ثم انقر فوق تطبيق، وانقر بزر الماوس الأيمن فوق القناع لإنشاء وحدة تخزين 3D للسن. عند إنشاء وحدة تخزين ثلاثية الأبعاد لكل سن من الاسنان ذات الاهتمام، حدد كل الأسنان ثلاثية الأبعاد، وانقر بزر الماوس الأيمن لتحديد النعومة.لتجزئة العظام، انقر بزر الماوس الأيمن فوق علامة التبويب لـ Mask، ثم قم بإنشاء قناع جديد للصورة. لتعبئة الثقوب الكبيرة المرئية في القناع، انقر فوق أداة النمو الديناميكي للمنطقة. ثم انقر بزر الماوس الأيمن فوق القناع لتوليد حجم 3D للعظم.لتنظيف الصور وتشابكها، افتح برنامج تحسين البيانات المناسب، ولصق في الكائنات ثلاثية الأبعاد المحددة. للأسنان المكررة في المجموعة الأولى، انقر فوق "وحدة المنحنى" و"إنشاء منحنى" الخيار، ثم يدوياً رسم منحنى حول تقاطع cementoenamel لجميع الأسنان المكررة. تكرار الكائنات ثلاثية الأبعاد من المجموعة الأولى لإنشاء الكائنات للمجموعة الثانية، وفي المربع شجرة الكائنات، انقر فوق كائن.من قائمة السطح، احذف سطح التاج لكل كائن في المجموعة الثانية، وانقر فوق تصميم الوحدة النمطية و"الجوف" لتطبيق المعلمات المطلوبة. في المجموعة الأولى، من مربع شجرة الكائنات، انقر فوق كائن، واحذف سطح الجذر لكل كائن واحد من المجموعة. حدد الخيار ملء ثقب عادي ثم انقر فوق إضافة كفاف وتطبيق.سيتم ملء المساحة بأكملها. حدد الوحدة النمطية للتصميم والإزاحة المحلية، وحدد سطح التاج بالكامل. تحقق من التصميم وخيارات مسافة الإزاحة ومسافة التباعد المتناقصة، ثم انقر فوق تطبيق.في وحدة Remesh ، إنشاء تجميع غير Manifold و Entity الرئيسي و Maxilla من شجرة الكائن وحدد كيان متقاطع لكافة الكائنات. ثم تقسيم الجمعية غير متعددة. تقسيم التجميع غير متعددة مرتين أكثر باستخدام كيان متقاطعة كجميع الكائنات من المجموعة الأولى وكافة الكائنات من المجموعة الثانية وانقر فوق تطبيق بعد كل تقسيم.انقر فوق Remesh Adaptive وحدد كافة الكيانات المتقاطعة وانقر على تطبيق. ثم انقر فوق تقسيم التجميع غير المتشعب. انقر فوق إنشاء تجميع غير Manifold و Entity الرئيسي وكائن فردي من المجموعة اثنين من شجرة الكائن وحدد الكيان المتقاطع وحدد كائن ذي الصلة بنوع السن.انقر فوق Remesh Adaptive وحدد الكيان المتقاطع. ثم انقر فوق إنشاء تجميع غير Manifold. لتوليد عرض موحد 0.2 ملليمتر من الرباط اللثة باستخدام تقنية غير متعددة، فمن الأهمية بمكان أن تتبع نفس الترتيب للكيانات الرئيسية وتداخل كما هو موضح.عندما يتم معالجة كل سن كما هو موضح، انقر فوق إنشاء شبكة وحدة التخزين وحدد معلمات الشبكة. في Abacus، انقر فوق ملف وتشغيل برنامج نصي وحدد Model_setup_Part1.py. انقر فوق المحاكاة، وقطع الغيار، وماكسيلا، والسطوح.أدخل اسم السطح و تحت حدد منطقة السطح، حدد حسب الزاوية وحدد 15 كزاوية. انقر فوق المحاكاة وقطع الغيار وحدد UL1 والسطوح. اسم سطح UL1.ضمن تحديد منطقة السطح، حدد بشكل فردي، حدد السن على الشاشة، وانقر على تم. عندما يتم معالجة جميع أسطح الأسنان، انقر فوق النماذج والمحاكاة والأجزاء وحدد UL1_PDL والأسطح. اسم السطح UL1_PDL_Inner.ضمن تحديد منطقة السطح، حدد حسب الزاوية وأدخل 15 كزاوية. حدد UL1_PDL والسطوح وتسمية UL1_PDL_Outer السطح. ضمن تحديد منطقة السطح، حدد حسب الزاوية وقم بتعيين 15 كزاوية.عند معالجة كافة الأربطة اللثة، انقر فوق ملف وتشغيل البرنامج النصي وحدد Model_setup_Part2.py. انقر فوق المحاكاة و BCs. أدخل BC الكل للحصول على الاسم وتعيين الخطوة كـ الأولي.انقر فوق المحاكاة والتجميع و تعيين و تسمية U1_y_force المجموعة. حدد عقدة في مركز التاج على سطح مشبك من القاطع المركزي العلوي وفي تحديد العقد لتعيين، حدد بشكل فردي. ثم انقر فوق مجموعات وإنشاء تعيين وتسمية مجموعة U1_z_force.لإعداد النموذج، انقر فوق ملف وتشغيل برنامج نصي وحدد Model_setup_Part3.py. ثم انقر فوق ملف وتشغيل البرنامج النصي وحدد Functions.py. لمعالجة النموذج، انقر فوق ملف وتشغيل برنامج نصي وحدد Job_submission.py.في مربع الحوار منع الكل، أدخل جوانب الأسنان استناداً إلى القيود وانقر فوق "موافق". في مربع الحوار إرسال الوظيفة، أدخل Y لتشغيل التحليل للأسنان أو الأسنان المحددة وانقر فوق "موافق". ثم، في مربع الحوار اتجاهات للتحليل، أدخل Y لتحديد تطبيق فرض وانقر فوق "موافق".لتقدير مركز المقاومة، حدد ملف، تشغيل برنامج نصي، Bulk_process.py. في مربع الحوار تحليل مقاومة الحزمة النموذجية. هنا، يمكن ملاحظة خصائص المواد المعينة للهياكل. الاختلافات في نمّام الخصائص المادية للرباط والعظم يمكن أن تؤثر على الموقع النهائي لمركز مقاومة الأسنان.لتوحيد ناقلات القوة وتحديد موقع مركز المقاومة، يمكن بناء نظام الإحداثيات الديكارتية بواسطة التوجهات X وY و Z كما هو مبين. يتم تعريف نقطة R محددة لكل سن على أنها مركز هندسي على سطح مشبك التاج ويتم اختيار لتقريب أقرب موقع فيه المشغل قد وضع قوس لتطبيق قوات تقويم الأسنان. في هذا التحليل التمثيلي، كانت مواقع مركز المقاومة التي تم الحصول عليها على طول تنسيق X عندما تم تطبيق نظام قوة على طول إحداثيات Y و Z مختلفة، ولكن متوسط الاختلافات كانت صغيرة.يمكن أن تكون تحليلات العناصر المحدودة مملة للغاية للمستخدمين الجدد. كن صبوراً ومنهجياً في المرات القليلة الأولى التي تقوم فيها بخطوات المعالجة المسبقة. لذا هذا البحث هو بحث
