本研究では、高誘電率3で最も広く研究されている強誘電体であるBaTiO3(BT)を充填材として使用し、P(VDF-CTFE)91/9モル%共重合体(VC91)をセラミックポリマー複合材料の製造用ポリマーマトリックスとして使用した。BTナノフィラーの表面を改変するために、市販の3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(KH550)を購入し、カップリング剤として使用した。ナノコンポジット系の重要量は、一連の実験を通じて決定された。ナノサイズの複合系のエネルギー密度を向上させるため、簡単で低コストで幅広く適用可能な方法が実証されています。

本研究では、溶液鋳造によるBaTiO 3-P(VDF-CTFE)ナノコンポジットの製造プロセス中に3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(KH550)をカップリング剤として添加することにより、セラミックフィラーとポリマーマトリックスとの相3溶性を向上させるため、容易で低コストで広く適用可能な方法が開発されました。結果は、KH550の使用がセラミックナノフィラーの表面を変更できることを示しています。従って、セラミックポリマー界面で良好な湿潤性が達成され、また、適切な量のカップリング剤により高められたエネルギー貯蔵性能が得られた。この方法は、高性能フィルムコンデンサの製造に非常に望ましい柔軟な複合材料を調製するために使用することができます。プロセスに過剰なカップリング剤が使用される場合、非結合結合剤は複雑な反応に関与し、誘電率の低下および誘電損失の増加を招く可能性があります。

市販のカップリング剤を用いることでセラミックナノフィラーの表面を改変できることが証明され、セラミックポリマー界面での良好な濡れ性が達成され、適切な量のカップリング剤によりエネルギー貯蔵性能が向上した。この研究によって開発された方法は、高性能フィルムコンデンサの製造に非常に望ましい柔軟な複合材料の調製に使用することができます。KH550の溶液を15分超超音波処理で95重量%エタノール水溶媒で調製します。KH550ソリューションのBTナノ粒子を30分超超音波処理で治療します。このプロセスでは、KH550およびBTナノ粒子フィラーの重量を測定し、KH550希釈液中のカップリング剤の1、2、3、4、および5重量%を5ミリリットルの体積で測定します。80°Cのマトリックスから水エタノール溶媒を5時間蒸発させ、次いで真空オーブンで120°Cに120度にします。BTVC-91ナノコンポジットの調製において、表面改質フィラーとして乾燥ナノ粒子を使用してください。一つは、DMF系ポリマー溶液を、8時間の磁気撹拌により室温で10ミリリットルDMFに0.3グラムのポリマー粉末を溶解して調製した。2つは、チタン酸バリウムナノ粒子を溶液に添加し、次いで12時間攪拌しながら均質な懸濁液を形成し、30分間超音波処理した。調製過程において、タンタニウム酸非修飾バリウムとカップリング剤でコーティングされたチタン酸バリウムの両方が使用された。その後、懸濁液を予熱クラスの基板に鋳造してフィルムを作った。3ミリリットルの懸濁液を各ガラス基板に落とした。5個、懸濁液付きガラス基板を、溶媒を蒸発させるためにオーブンに8時間70度保管した。6本、最後に、ガラス基板からキャストフィルムを放出し、12時間空気中で160度Cでアニールされた自立型フィルムを得た。自立型ナノコンポジットフィルムは、プロトコルに従って正常に製造されました。SEMから、鋳造中にナノコンポジット中に均一に分布できる適切な量のカップリング剤で処理されたセラミックナノ粒子が確認されたが、過剰な量のカップリング剤はセラミックナノ粒子間の相互作用を引き起こし、充填剤の凝集につながる可能性がある。充填材含有量の低いナノコンポジットの場合、合成物の誘電率は基本的に変化せずに、少量のカップリング剤が使用され、将来のカップリング剤量の増加に伴ってわずかに減少する。高充填剤含有ナノコンポジットの場合、複合材料の誘電率は少量のカップリング剤と共に不利に増加し、将来のカップリング剤量の増加に伴って急激に減少する。誘電損失の面では、結合剤を有するナノ複合材料は、カップリング剤を含まないナノコンポジットよりも高い誘電損失を有する。カップリング剤の重量パーセントを2回使用した場合に最大破壊強度が得られた。より低い破壊強度は、より高い量のカップリング剤を有するナノコンポジットから発見された。分解強度の強化と比較的高い充放電効率により、少量のカップリング剤を用いたナノコンポジットの最大エネルギー密度が改善されました。本研究では、チタン酸バリウム、高誘電率を有する最も広く研究されている強誘電体材料を充填剤として使用した。PVDF-CTFEコポリマーは、セラミックポリマー複合材料の調製用ポリマーマトリックスとして使用した。チタン酸バリウムナノフィラーの表面を改変するために、市販のKH550を購入し、カップリング剤として使用した。ナノコンポジット系の重要量は、一連の実験によって決定された。ナノサイズ複合系のエネルギー密度を向上させる、容易で低コストで広く適用される方法が実証された。
