Seramik-polimer kompozit üretimi için yöntemler geliştirirken, dielektrik özelliklerinin dolgu maddeleri26'nındağılımından önemli ölçüde etkilenebileceği ne kadar genel bir endişe vardır? Dielektrik kompozitlerin homojenliği sadece hazırlama yöntemleri yle değil, matris ve dolgu maddeleri arasındaki ıslaklık27ile de belirlenir. Seramik-polimer kompozitlerin tekdüzeliğinin spin kaplama28,29 ve sıcak presleme19,26gibi fiziksel süreçlerle ortadan kaldırabileceği birçok çalışma ile kanıtlanmıştır. Yüzey modifikasyonu için, her kompozit sistem için, enerji depolama yoğunluğunda maksimum bir artışa karşılık gelen uygun miktarda bağlantı maddesi olduğu yaygın olarak kabul edilmektedir37; kompozitlerde aşırı bağlantı maddesi ürünlerin performansında bir düşüşe neden olabilir36,37,38. Nano boyutlu seramik dolgu maddeleri kullanan dielektrik kompozitler için, bağlantı maddesinin etkinliğinin esas olarak dolgu maddesinin yüzey alanına bağlı olduğu spekülasyonlardır. Ancak, her nano boyutlu sistemde kullanılacak kritik miktar henüz belirlenmemiştir. Kısacası, seramik-polimer nanokompozitüretimi için basit süreçler geliştirmek için kaplin ajanları kullanmak için daha fazla araştırma gereklidir.
Bu çalışmada, yüksek dielektrik sabiti ile en çok çalışılan ferroelektrik malzeme olan BaTiO3 (BT) dolgu maddesi olarak kullanılmış ve P(VDF-CTFE) %91 mol kopolimer (VC91) seramik-polimer kompozitlerin hazırlanmasında polimer matris olarak kullanılmıştır. BT nanofiller yüzeyini değiştirmek için, ticari olarak kullanılabilir 3-aminopropiltriethoxysilane (KH550) satın alındı ve bir kaplin ajan olarak kullanılır. Nanokompozit sistemin kritik miktarı bir dizi deney le belirlendi. Nano boyutlu kompozit sistemlerin enerji yoğunluğunu artırmak için kolay, düşük maliyetli ve yaygın olarak uygulanabilir bir yöntem gösterilmiştir.

Bu çalışmada, çözelti döküm yoluyla BaTiO3-P (VDF-CTFE) nanokompozitlerin üretim sürecinde bir bağlantı ajanı olarak 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550) ekleyerek seramik dolgu maddeleri ile polimer matris arasındaki uyumluluğu artırmak için kolay, düşük maliyetli ve yaygın olarak uygulanabilir bir yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Ticari bağlantı ajanının kullanılmasının seramik nanofillerin yüzeyini değiştirebileceği, bu nedenle seramik-polimer arabiriminde iyi ıslaklık sağlandığı ve uygun miktarda bağlantı ajanı ile gelişmiş enerji depolama performansları elde edildiği kanıtlanmıştır. KH550 çözeltisini 15 dakika ultra-sonication tarafından yüzde 95 ağırlık yüzde etanol su çözücü ile hazırlayın.KH550 çözümlerindeki BT nano partiküllerini 30 dakika ultra-sonication ile tedavi edin. Bu işlemde, beş mililitre lik bir hacimle KH550 seyreltik çözeltisindeki bağlantı maddesinin bir, iki, üç, dört ve beş ağırlıkile kaplanmış KH550 ve BT nano partiküllerinin ağırlıklarını ölçün. 80 derece C'deki su-etanol çözücüsi 5 saat, sonra 120 derece C'ye kadar vakumlu fırında 12 saat buharlaştırın.BTVC-91 nanokompozitlerin hazırlanmasında yüzey modifiye dolgu maddeleri olarak kuru nano tanecikleri kullanın. Bir, DMF tabanlı polimer çözeltisi sekiz saat boyunca bir manyetik karıştırma ile oda sıcaklığında 10 mililitre DMF polimer tozları 0.3 gram eriterek hazırlanmıştır. İki, baryum titanat nano tanecikleri çözelti içine eklendi, sonra 12 saat homojen süspansiyon oluşturmak için karıştırma ile takip ve 30 dakika ultrasonicated.Hazırlık sürecinde hem değiştirilmemiş baryum titanat hem de kaplin lisaile kaplanmış baryum titanat kullanılmıştır. Bundan sonra, süspansiyon film yapmak için önceden ısıtılmış sınıf substrat üzerine atıldı. Üç mililitre süspansiyon cam yüzeyin her birine düştü.Beş, süspansiyonlar ile cam substrat sonra çözücü buharlaştırmak için sekiz saat boyunca 70 derece fırında tutuldu. Altı, son olarak, as-cast filmler cam substrat serbest bırakıldı ve serbest bırakılan filmler 12 saat boyunca havada 160 derece C'de annealed edildi. Düşük dolgu içeriğine sahip nanokompozitler için, kompozitlerin dielektrik sabiti küçük miktarda bağlantı maddesi kullanıldığında ve gelecekteki artan bağlantı maddesi miktarıyla birlikte biraz azalmış olarak değiştirilmiştir. Yüksek dolgu içeriğine sahip nanokompozitler için kompozitlerin dielektrik sabiti az miktarda bağlantı maddesi ile olumsuz bir şekilde artar ve gelecekteki artan bağlantı maddesi miktarıyla birlikte keskin bir şekilde azalır.Dielektrik kaybı açısından, bağlantı ajanı ile nanokompozitler bağlantı ajanı olmadan nanokompozitler daha yüksek bir dielektrik kaybı var. Maksimum arıza güçlü iki ağırlık bağlantı ajanı kullanıldığında elde edildi. Nanokompozitlerden daha yüksek miktarda bağlantı maddesi ile daha düşük bir arıza gücü bulundu.Gelişmiş arıza gücü ve nispeten yüksek şarj deşarj verimliliğimiz sayesinde, az miktarda bağlantı maddesi içeren nanokompozitlerin maksimum enerji yoğunluğu iyileştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, baryum titanat, yüksek dielektrik sabiti ile en çok çalışılan ferroelektrik malzeme dolgu maddesi olarak kullanılmıştır. PVDF-CTFE kopolimerseramik polimer kompozitlerin hazırlanmasında polimer matris olarak kullanılmıştır.Baryum titanat nanofillerin yüzeyini değiştirmek için, ticari olarak mevcut OLAN KH550 satın alındı ve bağlantı ajanı olarak kullanıldı. Nanokompozit sistemin kritik miktarı deney serisi tarafından belirlendi. Nano boyutlu kompozit sistemin enerji yoğunluğunu artırmak için kolay, düşük maliyetli ve yaygın olarak uygulanabilir bir yöntem gösterilmiştir.
