Præsenteret her er en multiphoton mikroskopisk platform for levende mus okulær overflade billeddannelse. Fluorescerende transgene mus muliggør visualisering af cellekerner, cellemembraner, nervefibre og kapillærer inden for den okulære overflade. Ikke-lineære anden harmoniske generation signaler stammer fra kollagen strukturer giver label-fri billeddannelse for stromale arkitekturer.
