Presentert her er en multiphoton mikroskopisk plattform for levende mus okulær overflateavbildning. Fluorescerende transgen mus muliggjør visualisering av cellekjerner, cellemembraner, nervefibre og kapillærer innenfor den okulære overflaten. Ikke-lineære andre harmoniske generasjonssignaler avledet fra kollagenstrukturer gir etikettfri bildebehandling for stromal arkitekturer.
