Vi beskriver og beskriver brugen af det translaminar autonome system. Dette system udnytter det menneskelige bageste segment til selvstændigt at regulere trykket inde i segmentet (intraokulær) og omkring synsnerven (intrakraniel) til at generere en translaminar trykgradient, der efterligner træk ved glaukomet optisk neuropati.
