Fabrikation af piezoelektrisk tykkelse tilstand transducere via jævnstrøm sputtering af pladeelektroder på lithium niobat er beskrevet. Derudover er pålidelig drift opnås med en transducer holder og væskeforsyning system og karakterisering er demonstreret via impedans analyse, laser doppler vibrometry, high-speed imaging, og dråbe størrelse distribution ved hjælp af laser spredning.
