</ol>3. 设置 CE 与 ICP-MS 的连字符仪器

	<li>设置 ICP-MS 仪器<ol>

		<li>使用以NH3 作为DRC气体的动态反应电池（DRC）技术，0.6 mL/min NH3=流速和RPq值= 0.45。 注：对于铁的物种化，一个方法被编程为56Fe，是最丰富的Fe同位素（91.754%的相对丰度），但是，受到来自[40Ar16O] 聚类的严重干扰。标准模式下的基于四极的ICP-MS几乎为盲，该同位素的探测器溢出。通过上述设置（参见步骤 3.2.2），可以实现低基线和高灵敏度（对于低 ng/L 范围内的常规总铁测定 LOD）。</li>

			<li>如有必要，通过移动管（1 号）的毛细管（向前/向后）以进入自制界面，校正凸出毛细管长度。 注：在雾化器毛细管开始时，CE毛细管的最佳位置不是太关键。但是，不要将 CE 毛细管推得太近，靠近雾化毛细管的狭窄部分。这可能会阻碍或阻止出口电解质流动。此外，这将中断与出口电极的电气连接，并增加通过 CE 毛细管的吸力，从而导致分离中断。反过来，不要使CE毛细管端离雾化器毛细管太远，因为这样，尖锐的分离峰将扩大，分辨率将丢失。</li>

4. 测量准备
