وتجري حاليا تجارب أشعة الليزر المكثفة لأهداف مقياس القياس الفرعي بمعدلات طلقات بطيئة. بروتوكول لدينا حل هذا التحدي من خلال وضع هذه الأهداف بسرعة في بؤرة الليزر بطريقة آلية. نظام هدفنا يتيح جمع البيانات التي تتضمن عددا كبيرا من الطلقات الليزر مع المعلمات الهدف تغيير في زيادات صغيرة، فضلا عن التطبيقات التي تستفيد من جرعة الإشعاع العامة عالية.سوف تظهر العرض التوضيحي المرئي لهذا البروتوكول التفاصيل الدقيقة لعملية تصنيع الرقاقة والمحاذاة المستهدفة. ومن بين البرهان على عملية تصنيع الأهداف مهندسة العملية نيتري بوركي شاماي ونافار ليفني. لتصنيع المؤخر، استخدم 250 ميكرومتر سميكة 100 ملليمتر قطرها عالية الإجهاد سيليكون رقاقة في تشكيل الكريستال صفر صفر واحد المغلفة على كلا الجانبين مع نيتريد السيليكون.تنظيف رقاقة مع الأسيتون ومع ايزبروبانول. ثم تدور معطف رقاقة مع HMDS يقاوم لتشكيل طبقة لاصقة. تدور معطف رقاقة مع AZ 1518 photoresist إيجابية.خبز رقاقة في 100 درجة مئوية لمدة دقيقة واحدة. الضوئية 1، 000 1 000 فتحات مربع ميكرومتر تحت فراغ، وفضح رقاقة في دورة واحدة من أربع إلى سبع ثوان لمصباح الأشعة فوق البنفسجية 400 نانومتر بحيث يتعرض رقاقة لفلوروس الشاملة من 40 جول لكل سنتيمتر مربع. ثم استخدام المطور من الألف إلى الياء 726 لفضح نيتريد السيليكون وحمام من المياه المجففة لوقف هذه العملية.استخدام مخرّب ايون ردّي لإزالة نتريد السيليكون في موقع المربعات. ضع الرقاقة في حمام NMP لمدة 20 دقيقة لإزالة المقاومة المتبقية وphotoresist ، وإنتاج نسخة طبق الأصل من القناع على طبقة نيتريد السيليكون. ثم يغسل تحت الماء العذب وندعه يجف.بالوعة رقاقة في 30٪ 90 درجة مئوية هيدروكسيد البوتاسيوم حل لحفر السيليكون من خلال فتحات مربع. لتصنيع الجانب الأمامي، كرر الإجراء الموصوف سابقًا بقناع على شكل ثلاث حلقات متحدة المركز. استخدام الخرّفة الأيونية التفاعلية لإزالة نتريد السيليكون حيث تقع الحلقات، تليها حمام NMP لإزالة بقايا مقاومة وphotoresist.اخشون حلقات السيليكون عن طريق إغراق الرقاقة في حمض النيتريك وفي محلول من 0.02 نترات الفضة الضروس وأربعة فلوريد الهيدروجين الضرس. على الجانب المحفور من رقاقة، واستخدام آلة ترسب بخار المادية لsputter طبقة من بضع مئات من نانومتر من الذهب على رأس فيلم نانومتر 10 من التيتانيوم اللاصقة، والنيكل، أو الكروم. منع شعاع وتقديم الهدف الأول في عرض تحت مجهر التكبير عالية.نقطة جهاز استشعار المدى التثليث إلى الحلقة خشنة الأقرب إلى الهدف وتسجيل القراءة النزوح لها. ترك المجهر في مكانها، نقل رقاقة بعيدا لمسح مسار شعاع. استخدم المرايا القابلتين للطي والمرايا المكافئة خارج المحور لمحاذاة الحزمة في طاقة منخفضة في مجال الرؤية للمجهر.ضبط هذه المرايا الثلاثة لتصحيح الاستجماتيزمات في الشعاع. وينبغي أن تكون النتيجة نقطة محورية محدودة تقريبا. منع شعاع الليزر وجلب الهدف مرة أخرى إلى التركيز من المجهر.ثم التحقق من موقفها باستخدام المجهر ودقات الاستشعار القراءة. استخدام البرمجيات لتنفيذ ردود فعل حلقة مغلقة بين محور محوري من المتلاعب الهدف ولاستشعار النزوح قراءة باستخدام قيمة النزوح المسجلة سابقا كنقطة. بمجرد أن تصل موضع الحلقة المغلقة إلى مسافة التسامح المرغوبة من نقطة setpoint ، تشعع الهدف بنبض ليزر واحد عالي الطاقة.سجل البيانات من تشخيص الجسيمات وتكرار العملية مع الهدف التالي التي يتم التركيز عليها من قبل البرنامج. وقد استخدم هذا النظام المستهدف للتسليم لتسريع الأيونات من المؤخر من 600 نانومتر رقائق الذهب سميكة. وتظهر هنا سلسلة زمنية من التشريد المستهدف على محور التركيز.القيم نسبية إلى نقطة تعيين موضع التنسيق. تشير النقاط الخضراء إلى وقت النزوح المستهدف ضمن قيمة تحملية قدرها ميكرومتر واحد من نقطة تحديد النقطة، وهو عندما تم أخذ لقطة ليزر. تم الحصول على آثار مطياف أيونات مظلي من 14 إشعاع متتالي من 600 من أهداف رقائق الذهب السميكة نانومتر.وقد استمدت أطياف الطاقة من هذه الآثار. وكان استقرار الذروة إلى الذروة من الطاقة البروتون الأقصى ضمن 10٪ بعد هذا الإجراء، ويمكن إجراء التحقيقات من أيون وتسارع الإلكترون من رقائق صلبة توليد الخلايا العصبية بطريقة منهجية.
