Presentamos un modelo de enfermedad vascular in vitro para investigar interacciones sanguíneas enteras con endotelio derivado del paciente. Este sistema permite el estudio de las propiedades trombogénicas de las células endoteliales primarias en diversas circunstancias. El método es especialmente adecuado para evaluar la trombogenicidad in situ y la terapia de anticoagulación durante diferentes fases de la coagulación.
