성인,쥐 CM은 체외시스템(10,11,12)에서단세포 절연 및 장기 배양을 충분히 견고하다., 그러나, 성인용 마우스 CM은 쥐 CM13로는불가능한 다양한 혁신적인 분석의 설계 및 실행을 허용하는 다양한 유전자 변형 마우스 모델의 가용성으로 인해 체외 분석에 큰 관심을 갖는다. 성인 쥐 CM 격리와는 달리, 성인 마우스 심혼에게서 단세포 정지를 얻는 것은 아주 도전적이고, 문화에서 성인 마우스 CMs의 장기 문화는 더욱 도전적입니다.
