림프계의 공간 조직은 세포외 유체를 효율적으로 제거하고 항원 제시 세포(AC)를 배수 LN으로 수송하는 구조적 및 기능적 지원을 제공한다. 초기 림프혈관(림프모세혈관이라고도 함)은 주변 세포외 공간에서 유체, 세포 및 기타 물질의 효과적인 수집을 용이하게 하는 불연속 세포 간 접합으로 인해 매우 투과성이 있다1. 초기 림프관은 세포간 접합, 연속 지하 막 및 림프 근육 커버리지가 있는 림프혈관을 수집하는 것으로 병합됩니다. 림프혈관을 채취하면 수거된 림프를 배수 LN으로 운반하고 결국 림프를 순환2,3로되돌려야 합니다. 림프를 배수 LN으로 추진하는 림프류를 수집하는 것은 포근림프용기4,5,6,7이다. 흡수성 림프관의 방해는 림프흐름의 기능을 연구할 때 유용한 기술인 LN으로 림프흐름을 차단할 수 있다.
이전 연구는 림프 흐름항원 및 APC를 수송에 중요 한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났습니다., LN 항상성을 유지 뿐만 아니라. 조직 유래 APC, 전형적으로 활성화된 수지상 세포(DC)가 T세포(8)를활성화하기 위해 포구성 림프혈관을 통해 LN으로 이동하는 것으로 잘 이해된다. 미생물이나 수용성 항원과 같은 자유형 항원들이 LN 거주자 APC를 활성화하기 위해 LN으로 림프로 수동적으로 흐르고 있다는 생각은 지난 10년동안 9,10,11,12에서수용을 얻고 있다. 림프로 여행하는 자유 형태 항원은 감염 후 몇 분 정도 걸리며, LN 거주자 세포 활성화는 자극 후 20 분 이내에 발생할 수 있습니다. 이는 배수 LN9에들어가는 데 8시간 이상이 걸리는 마이그레이션 DC의 활성화보다 훨씬 빠릅니다. 림프는 면역 보호를 시작하기 위해 항원을 운반하는 것 외에도 세포카인과 DC를 LN으로 운반하여 미세 환경을 유지하고 면역 세포항상성(13,14)을지원합니다. 이전에는 포근성 림프혈관을 봉합하여 림프흐름을 차단함으로써 LN15,16, 17에동종성 T 세포 및 B 세포 호밍을 지원하는 데 필요한 HEV 표현형을 유지하는 데 림프가 필요하다는 것을입증했다.
