4. 灯跑
注意：在LAM运行期间，使用FAM通道获取荧光读数。当荧光比达到放大速率曲线的最大值时，仪器会自动确定时间到峰值值（Tmax： min） 。Tm （°C） 是最终放大产品的熔化/退化温度。
<ol><li>单击屏幕右上角的 "运行" 图标，然后选择包含管带的块（s）以启动 LAMP 运行。</li>
