저유동 디지털 기화기는 일반적으로 주사기 펌프를 사용하여 휘발성 마취제를 반송가스 스트림으로 직접 관리합니다. 동물 복지 권고에 따라 동물은 마취를 요구하는 시술 중에 따뜻해지고 모니터링됩니다. 일반적인 마취 및 생리 적 모니터링 장비에는 가스 탱크, 마취 기화기 및 스탠드, 온난화 컨트롤러 및 패드, 기계 환기기 및 맥박 산소계가 포함됩니다. 컴퓨터는 데이터 수집 및 장비 소프트웨어를 실행하는 데도 필요합니다. 작은 공간에서 또는 현장 작업을 수행할 때 제한된 공간에서 이 모든 장비를 구성하는 것이 어려울 수 있습니다.

10주 된 남성, 야생형 C57Bl6j 마우스의 무게는 25.41± 0.8g의 마우스가 이 연구에 사용되었다. 마우스는 마취및 코 콘에 유지되거나 삽관하였으며 심박수와 산소 포화도를 모니터링하는 동안 1.5-2.5%의 이소플루란을 가진 통합 기계 식 인공호흡기에서 유지관리되었다. 동물들은 미세 절연 조정에 그룹 수용되었고, 병으로 표준 설치류 차우와 물에 무료로 접근할 수 있었습니다.
