このTDPMプロトコルの測定特性を調べるには、健康な成人と慢性脳卒中の成人の2つの異なるグループがテストされました。慢性脳卒中の成人に対して、イプシリオン(すなわち、影響の少ない)腕を試験した。慢性脳卒中を有する成人におけるイピシリンジオン肘の運動学的意味は、臨床検査で正常に見えるかもしれないが、定量的な実験室法55,1515を用いて評価すると障害を受けた。この例は、体性感覚障害の敏感で正確な尺度を開発および使用することの重要性を示しており、これをテスト目的に有用な集団にしています。このプロトコルの検証のために、既知のグループメソッド24を使用しました。TDPMを運動症の別の定量尺度、簡易運動症テスト(BKT)と比較した。BKTは、脳卒中後の上肢のイプシリオン性障害に敏感であることが示されている。錠剤ベースのバージョン(tBKT)は、BKTと同じ試験であるため、この研究で使用され、より多くの試験を有する錠剤上で投与された。tBKTは、1週間のテスト再試験測定で安定しており、プロプリオセプティブノックダウン26に敏感であることが示されている。肘TDPMとtBKTの結果は、肘の感覚運動制御がBKT性能26に寄与するように相関すると仮定された。
