概念和方法

对于 球体的 IHC 分析，在固定和分割黄糖铸件后，蛋白质或其他感兴趣的分子是可检测的，同时保持球体的地理位置。在所述方法中，球体直接嵌入在红糖铸件中的羟基甲糖加工凝胶中，凝胶作为"盖子"，将球体保留在微井底部。在石蜡嵌入20的石蜡后，以铸件底部为起点进行连续水平剖面。
