人間の移動は、学際的な方法1,2によって記述される必要がある非常に複雑なプロセスであると考えられている。最も代表的な側面は、生体力学的アプローチによる歩行分析です。人間の歩行は、開始から終了への進行を維持することを目的とし、動的バランスは位置の動きに維持されるべきです。歩行終了(GT)は歩行のサブタスクとして広範囲に研究されているが、あまり注目されていない。スパローとティロッシュ3は、両足が変位と時間特性に基づいて前後に動かなくなる運動制御期間としてGTを定義しました。安定状態の歩行と比較して、GTを実行するプロセスは、姿勢安定性の高い制御と神経筋系4の複雑な統合と協力を必要とする。GTの間に、体は急速にブレーキインパルスを増加し、新しいボディバランス5、6を形成するために推進インパルスを減少させる必要があります。計画外歩行終端(UGT)は、未知の刺激6に対するストレス応答である。突然停止する必要がある予期しない刺激に直面すると、最初の動的バランスが乱されます。体の質量の中心(COM)とフィードバック制御の連続制御の必要性のために、UGTは姿勢制御と安定度3、7に大きな挑戦を提起する。

lower-limb biomechanical characteristics associated with unplanned gait termination under different walking speeds

予期せぬ刺激によって引き起こされる歩行終結は、日常生活の中で一般的に起こる。本研究は、異なる歩行速度の下で計画外の歩行終結(UGT)の間に起こる下肢の生体力学的変化を調査するためのプロトコルを提示する。15人の男性参加者は、それぞれ通常の歩行速度(NWS)と高速歩行速度(FWS)で歩道でUGTを実行するように求められました。運動解析システムと足底圧力プラットフォームを適用して、下肢運動学および足底圧データを収集しました。ペアサンプルT検定を使用して、下肢運動学と足底圧データの違いを調べ、2つの歩行速度間で検査を行った。結果は、NWSと比較すると、FWSでUGT中に前足およびかかと領域の足底圧と同様に、矢状平面の股関節、膝関節、足首関節の運動の広い範囲を示した。歩行速度の増加に伴い、被験者は、より大きな潜在的な傷害リスクに関連するFWSを示す異なる下肢バイオメカ学的特性を示した。
