기본 생물 의학 분야에서, 작은 동물은 인간의 생리 적 기능을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 작은 동물 화상 진찰은 인간 동종 질병의 연구를 지도하고 효과적인 처리를 찾는 데 중요한 역할을한다 1. 광음향 영상(PAI)은 광학 영상 및 초음파 이미징2의장점을 결합한 비침습적 이미징 기술이다. 광음향 현미경 검사법(PAM)은 작은 동물의 기초 연구를 위한 귀중한 이미징방법이다 3. PAM은 광학 여기 및 초음파 검출4를기반으로 고해상도, 심층 침투, 고특이성 및 고대비 이미지를 쉽게 얻을 수 있습니다.
