さらに、放射線生物学的研究のもう一つの重要な側面は、実験結果を再現、解釈、比較するために照射に使用される方法とプロトコルの完全な報告です。2016年、ペダーセンら12 は、前臨床放射線生物学的研究におけるドシメトリーの不十分な報告を強調した。Draegerら.13 の大規模な最近の研究では、線量、エネルギー、またはソースタイプなどのいくつかの線量測定パラメータが報告されているにもかかわらず、照射条件を適切に複製するために不可欠な物理学および線量測定パラメータの大部分が欠落していることを強調した。過去20年間をカバーする1,000以上の出版物のこの大規模なレビューは、放射線生物学的研究における物理学と量体測定状態の報告の有意な欠如を示しています。したがって、堅牢で再現性のある実験を行うためには、放射線生物学的研究で利用されるプロトコルおよび方法の完全な記述が必須である。
