स्त्री रोग ऑपरेशन (ओपी-आईवीएम) से पहले इन विट्रो परिपक्वता (आईवीएम) नियमित स्त्रीरोगों की सर्जरी के साथ ओसाइट पुनर्प्राप्ति के बाद आईवीएम को जोड़ती है और प्रजनन संरक्षण के लिए पारंपरिक आईवीएम अनुप्रयोगों के विस्तार के रूप में कार्य करती है।
