Aquí presentamos un método simple y eficiente para aislar células germinales meíticas y post-meyóticas vivas de los testículos de ratón adultos. Usando un tinte de unión de ADN excitado por violeta y clasificación celular activada por fluorescencia, se pueden aislar poblaciones de células espermatogénicas altamente enriquecidas para muchas aplicaciones posteriores.
