Nel contesto clinico, i pazienti con cancro al pancreas localizzato saranno sottoposti a pancreatectomia seguita da un trattamento adiuvante. Questo protocollo qui riportato mira a stabilire un metodo sicuro ed efficace per modellare questo scenario clinico nei topi nudi, attraverso l'impianto ortotopico del cancro al pancreas seguito da pancreatectomia distale e splenectomia.
