an orthotopic resectional mouse model of pancreatic cancer

췌장암(PC)의 수술을 고려중인 환자에서 보조 및/또는 신아주반트 요법을 연구하는 만족스러운 동물 모델의 부족이 있습니다. 이 결핍을 해결하기 위해, 우리는 말단 pancreatectomy 및 비장 절제술 다음에 PC의 직교 이식을 포함하는 마우스 모델을 설명합니다. 이 모델은 보조 및 네오 보조 제 설정에서 다양한 치료 접근법의 연구에 안전하고 적절하게 유연하다는 것이 입증되었습니다.
