천식은 기관지 수축 및 기도 하이퍼 반응성1을특징으로 하는 만성 질환이다. 전 세계적으로 약 3억 3,940만 명이 천식2로진단된다. 천식의 보급은 앞으로 10년간 1억 개의 새로운 케이스가 예상되는3와 함께, 전 세계적으로 증가하고 있습니다. 흡입된 코르티코 스테로이드및 장작동β 2-작용제는 모든 환자의 증상을 효과적으로 조절하지 않는다4. 따라서 천식을 치료하기 위해 침술과 같은 대체 요법의 사용은 주목을 받고 있다5. 천식 을 치료하기 위한 효과적인 방법은 바늘 GV14 (다즈후이), 양측 BL12 (펭멘) 및 양측 BL13 (Feishu)6이다. 침술은 알레르기 성 천식 환자의 타액 및 비강 분비물에서 분비 면역 글로불린 A (SIgA)의 수준을 현저히 감소시키고 총 유효률85%6의말초 혈액 호산구 수를 감소시킨다. 만성 천식을 가진 마우스의 BL13 및 ST36(Zusanli)의 침술은 IL-17의 수준을 40% 감소시키고, 배부안(OVA) 그룹의 그것에 비해 33% 경질근육 두께를 감소시키고, 따라서 염증현상을완화시키는7,8. 그러나 천식에 대한 침술 치료의 메커니즘은 완전히 명확하지 않습니다.
동물 모델은 천식 연구를 위한 중요한도구입니다9 동물 모델은 천식 치료의 효과를 평가하기 위해 호흡기 기능의 지속적인 측정에 사용될 수 있기때문이다(10) 한편, 천식의 병리생리학의 연구는 기관, 폐 및 기관지정맥용암의 샘플을 포함한 테스트 샘플을 요구하여 주요 요인11의수준에 변화를 확인한다. 천식의 쥐 모형은 오래 지속되는 기도 반응을 생성하고 즉각적이고 후기 단계기도 반응을 보여주기 때문에 천식 병리생리학을 평가하기 위하여 일반적으로 이용됩니다12. 그러나 반복되는 실험 자극으로 인해 쥐는 종종 짜증이 나게됩니다. 따라서 쥐를 고치는 적절한 방법이 필요합니다. 쥐 고정을 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 방법은 마취 및 결합13을포함한다. 마취 방법은 인큐포인트의 더 나은 노출을 제공하지만, 신경 전도에 영향을 미치고 궁극적으로 실험 결과에 영향을 미칠 수있습니다(14). 결합 방법은 마취와 같은 생리적 효과를 유도하지 않지만 절제 된 쥐는 골격 근육 긴장을 경험하게됩니다. 또한, 바늘은 지정된위치(15)에쉽게 도달할 수 없다. 여기에서는 쥐를 제한하지 않고 쥐를 고치고 뒷면의 통찰력사항을 완전히 노출시키는 데 사용할 수 있는 높은 플랫폼을 소개합니다. 쥐는 침술의 투여 중에 높은 플랫폼에 배치 될 수있다. 높은 플랫폼은 서있는 동안만 쥐를 수용 할 수 있으며, 지면에서 일정한 거리를 배치하기 때문에 랫트는높이 16의두려움 때문에 움직이지 않습니다.
