표피 성장 인자 수용체(EGFR)와 다운스트림 이펙터 RAS의 혈장 막 국소화의 변화는 암을 포함한 여러 질병에 연루되어 있다. 자유 살아있는 선충 C. elegans는 외음부의 발달을 위한 중심인 진화적이고 기능적으로 보존된 EGFR-RAS-ERK MAP 신호 폭포를 가지고 있습니다.
