Este protocolo demonstra o estudo dos efeitos fisiofisiológicos da fumaça do cigarro (SC) com um sistema de exposição de inalação total (WBI) construído internamente. Este sistema pode expor animais a CS sob condições repetíveis controladas para pesquisa de efeitos mediados pela CS em enfisema pulmonar e hematopoiese.
