Este protocolo demuestra el estudio de los efectos patofisiológicos del humo de cigarrillo (CS) con un sistema de la exposición de la inhalación del entero-cuerpo (WBI) (WBIS) construido internamente. Este sistema puede exponer a los animales al CS bajo condiciones repetibles controladas para la investigación de efectos CS-mediados sobre enfisema y hematopoyesis del pulmón.
