장 내 빌리는 유리 슬라이드로 장 루멘을 긁어 내고 70 μm 필터에 배치하고 PBS로 세척하여 BME-R1 매트릭스에서 도금하기 전에 느슨한 세포 또는 토굴을 제거합니다. 방법은 지하실 오염을 방지하기 위해 다음과 같은 기준에 강조 : a) 빌리가 가장 긴 십이지장의 근위 절반을 수확 하도록, b) 사악한 항복 긁힌 자국의 수를 최소화하고, c) 6웰 접시에서 일련의 PBS를 통해 빌리를 함유하는 필터를 세척하고, d) BME-R1 매트릭스에서 도금 전후현미경 검사에 의한 토굴 오염의 부재를 확인한다.
