허혈/재관류 유래 심근 장애는 심장 수술 후 환자에서 일반적인 임상 시나리오입니다. 특히, 허혈성 상해에 심근세포의 감도는 그밖 세포 집단의 그것 보다는 더 높습니다. 현재 저체온증은 예상되는 허혈성 모욕에 대해 상당한 보호를 받고 있습니다. 그러나, 복잡한 저체온증 유도 분자 변화에 대한 조사는 여전히 제한적입니다. 따라서, 재현 가능한 방식으로 임상 조건에서 관찰되는 것과 유사한 손상을 유도할 수 있는 생체 내 조건과 유사한 배양 상태를 식별하는 것이 필수적이다. 시험관 내의 허혈과 같은 조건을 모방하기 위해, 이 모형에 있는 세포는 산소/포도당 박탈에 의해 취급되었습니다 (OGD). 또한, 심장 수술 중에 사용되는 표준 시간 온도 프로토콜을 적용했습니다. 또한 심근 손상의 정량적 분석을 위해 간단하지만 포괄적인 방법을 사용하는 방법을 제안합니다. 세포세포증 및 세포증 관련 단백질의 발현 수준은 유동 세포측정및 ELISA 키트를 사용하여 평가되었다. 이 모델에서는 체외에서 심근세포 세포에 대한 다른 온도 조건의 영향에 관한 가설을 테스트했습니다. 이 모델의 신뢰성은 엄격한 온도 제어, 제어 가능한 실험 절차 및 안정적인 실험 결과에 따라 달라집니다. 추가적으로, 이 모형은 저체온증과 사용하기 위한 보완적인 치료의 발달을 위한 중요한 연루가 있을 수 있는 저체온심 심장 보호의 분자 기계장치를 연구하기 위하여 이용될 수 있습니다.
