リンパ浮腫のマウステールモデルは、リンパ浮腫を治療するための新しい治療法の評価を可能にする。遺伝子ベースの戦略は、ウイルスベクター31、32によって媒介されるマウスモデルにおいて使用されてきた。また、新しい組織ナノトランスフェクション技術(TNT)を用いて、リンパ浮腫マウス尾部への遺伝貨物輸送にも使用しています。TNTは急速に焦点を合った電界33、34、35、36のナノチャネルを備えたチップを使用して、直接的な、経皮的な遺伝子の送達を促進する。このモデルは、マウス尾部35のリンパ損傷部位への潜在的な遺伝子ベースの治療薬の焦点遺伝子送達を可能にするTNT2.0を用いることを含む。
