림프부종의 뮤린 테일 모델은 림프부종을 치료하는 새로운 치료법의 평가를 허용합니다. 유전자 기반 전략은 바이러스벡터(31)및32에의해 중재된 마우스 모델에서 사용되어 왔다. 우리는 또한 림프부종 마우스 꼬리에 유전화물 전달을 위한 새로운 조직 나노 트랜스페션 기술 (TNT)를 사용합니다.
