Dette arbejde skitserer en protokol for at opnå dynamisk, ikke-invasiv overvågning af varmeoverførsel fra laserbestrålede guld nanopartikler til tBLMs. Systemet kombinerer impedansspektroskopi til realtidsmåling af ledningsændringer på tværs af tBLMs, med en vandret fokuseret laserstråle, der driver guld nanopartikler belysning, til varmeproduktion.
